Discovering shopper behavior through new in-store metrics — 

In September 2013, the Center for Advancing Retail and Technology (CART) released a white paper featuring Birdzi’s innovative indoor location analytics platform. It highlighted its potential to vastly improve in-store operations through the increased understanding of shopper behavior in real-time. The case study tracks Birdzi’s solution in two different pilot store locations. It draws upon some of the most important findings.
