Open the app and click register.

Complete your personal information.

Select your favorite store and start saving!

Simply type the item you are looking for anywhere there is a search box. You can also click the scan button to scan any UPC to add it to your list.

Click + to add the item in the search results to your shopping list. Slide the list down to exit the screen. Or, select “Search for “Roma” in the entire store to see more results.

Select the ‘Shopping List’ icon on the home screen.

Open the menu at the top of the shopping list.

Select “Sharing” to share your list.

Enter the email of whom you want to share your list with.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

To update your profile, please go to the menu and select “My Profile.” Do not forget to save your changes.

To reset your password, please go to the menu and select “My Profile.” Once there you will be able to create and confirm a new password. Do not forget to save your changes.

Why join My Hometown Rewards?

There is no cost to become a rewards member – it’s FREE!

How do I download the My Hometown Rewards App?

From your smart phone, search for “My Hometown Rewards” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

How do I sign up for the rewards program?

Signing up is simple: Download the My Hometown Rewards app and follow the prompts to register.

If you already have an online account at HarpsFood.com, you can login using the same username and password.

How does the rewards program work? How will I collect rewards?

Collect rewards by logging in to the My Hometown Rewards App, clipping digital offers, purchasing eligible items for your clipped offers at a participating My Hometown Rewards Food Store, and having your cashier scan the barcode on the home screen in the app. Your rewards will collect in your Wallet 24-48 hours after the transaction and can be applied to any future purchases (excluding fuel).

Can digital coupons be doubled?

Digital coupons cannot be doubled.

How do I check my rewards?

In the My Hometown Rewards App, open the menu by clicking the green icon with three white lines, and click My Wallet to view your rewards balance, expiration dates, and to redeem available rewards at checkout.

You can also select Coupons from the menu, and click on the $ sign at the bottom right hand corner to view My Wallet.

Is there a limit to how many rewards I can collect?

There is no limit to how many rewards you can collect.

Do My Hometown Rewards expire?

Rewards expire approximately 60 days after the rewards have been collected in your wallet. You can view expiration dates for your rewards in My Wallet.

Can I collect rewards at multiple My Hometown Rewards Store locations?

You can collect rewards at all participating My Hometown Rewards Store locations.

Can I share my rewards?

No, rewards are not transferable.

You CAN login on multiple devices. Please be cautious about sharing your private information or logging in on someone else’s device.

Will any reward information print on my grocery receipt?

Information will not print on your receipt. Rewards balances will appear in your Wallet within 24-48 hours of purchase.

I forgot (or wasn’t asked) to enter my My Hometown Rewards number at checkout. Can I still collect rewards on my purchase?

There is currently no way to apply rewards after you have completed a transaction.

How do I redeem my rewards?

After collecting rewards in your wallet 24-48 hours after a transaction, your accumulated rewards can be applied to any future purchases (excluding fuel). To redeem your rewards, go to My Wallet from the menu, select the “Redeem” button in the top right of the screen, type the amount you would like to redeem, confirm the amount, and a barcode will appear with a 2 minute timer. Hold your phone up for the cashier to scan the barcode and your rewards will be applied to the transaction.

Is there a limit to how many rewards I can redeem in one purchase?

Rewards redemption cannot exceed $15 at one time. The amount of rewards redeemed cannot exceed the pre-tax total of your purchase. Rewards can not be cashed out for any amount.

I tried to redeem my rewards but the cashier didn’t scan my app before the 2 minute limit. Can I get those rewards back?

Yes! If the 2 minute timer runs out before the cashier scans your app at checkout, you can click on the bottom blue button and follow the prompts to get your rewards back.

Rewards can only be earned on purchases paid for by the My Hometown Rewards account holder.

Why do I need to register on the My Hometown Rewards app?

Registration is needed to activate your My Hometown Rewards membership and allow you to redeem your collected rewards. If you do not register, you will not be able to participate in certain discounts or receive other benefits.

Can I choose NOT to include my email address on the My Hometown Rewards app?

An email is required to make you eligible for all the features of the program. Without the necessary information, you will only be able to view normal product discounts. New members will not be able to collect discounts or redeem discounts until the required information is provided.

What are you doing with my information?

Customers benefit and receive value from personalization and offers. In order to provide this service, we must collect some level of information. Your personal information will never be sold to an outside company.

Is there someone I can speak with if I have questions?

You can contact our team directly on the My Hometown Rewards by clicking on the green chat button at the bottom right of the home screen after logging in.

Can I unsubscribe or delete my account?

You can unsubscribe from email alerts by opting out at the bottom of any email. Please email us at contact@harpsfood.com if you need to fully delete your account or have other questions.

Do you share my personal information with anyone, including my transaction history?

My Hometown Rewards Stores will not share your personal information with any third parties, except to the extent necessary to administer the rewards program. My Hometown Rewards Stores does not knowingly sell, license, or rent any guest information to outside parties for any purpose. What if I think someone is using my My Hometown Rewards account?

Please contact us directly on the app or email us at contact@harpsfood.com if you have any concerns.

How and where can I update my profile/account information?

Login to the My Hometown Rewards mobile app, select My Profile from the menu to update your information and save your changes.

Can I add multiple cards to my account?

Multiple cards cannot be added to the same account.

Can I link multiple accounts?

Accounts cannot be linked.

Once I register for the My Hometown Rewards, will I be able to sign in to Harpsfood.com as well?

Yes, you may use your Harps Rewards app username and password to login to HarpsFood.com and vice-versa.

How can I reset my password?

You can update your password from My Profile or by clicking “forgot password?” on the login screen. You will receive a password reset link to the email address associated with your account.
